The Truth About Charisma

June 20, 2016Ken WredeGeneralNo comments

Excerpts from my coming book “6 Rabbit Holes of Leadership”:

  • Charisma is not the foundation of leadership.
  • Charisma is not a predictor of success or failure.
  • Don’t argue with the Internet.
  • Leadership can be taught, charisma cannot.
  • Leadership is a voluntary role. If you do not enjoy the role, there is no shame in seeking another pathway.
  • Some people have charisma and that is a useful tool, but it is not a prerequisite of leadership.
  • Charisma is not Power, charisma is a minor aspect of power.
